Hapkido
Hapkido: “The Way of Coordinated Power”
Hapkido is a soft-style martial art which integrates joint locks, pressure points, kicks and strikes for a complete system of self-defense. It is strictly defensive.
Meditation and proper breathing are taught. Students will learn how to focus and utilize “ki” (internal energy). By focusing their ki, a student gains power and strength.
Hapkido classes help instill confidence, disciple, respect, honor and perseverance along with the practical skills needed to survive a real world situation.
Classes are Tuesday, Thursday at 11:30am and Monday, Wednesday at 5:30pm. Please attend at the times convenient for you.

Tae Kwon Do Advanced
*Participants must have completed the Beginner Tae Kwon Do class to register for the Advanced class.
Tae Kwon Do, a Korean form of martial arts, is one of the most practiced martial arts in the Western World. Tae Kwon Do teaches perseverance, honesty, integrity, respect, and self-control. You will learn skills from an instructor with decades of experience, that will permeate through all aspects of your life.
Location: Group exercise room, second floor YMCA
