Fall Flag Football
Flag Football at the Y gives boys and girls ages 5–14 the chance to learn the game in a fun, no-contact environment. Held each fall, our league focuses on skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship—while keeping safety a top priority. Led by volunteer coaches, players gain confidence, stay active, and build friendships that go beyond the field. Whether your child is new to the sport or building on their skills, YMCA Flag Football is a great way to grow, play, and belong.
