Small Group Training combines the community support and accountability of group fitness classes with the individualized instruction and attention of personal training.

Buti Yoga isn’t just a workout ; it ‘s a chance to create, let go, connect and sweat with intention. Every time you step on your mat , you break through the emotional or physical barriers to set yourself free. This workout fuses power yoga with cardio- intensive tribal dance and body sculpting movement . This class will sculpt and tone the deep abdominal muscles that stabilize and strengthen the body. Instead of linear movements, Buti favors movements that challenge the body along all planes of motion for long, lean muscles.

Small group fitness class specially designed for active older adults to build strength, improve cardiovascular health, and increase balance.
-Designed to utilize low impact cardio machines, weights, resistance bands, and body weight
-Strong focus on balance & flexibility
-Options available to modify each movement to meet each participants’ level of ability
In addition to a great workout, we will also meet others in the community and have fun along the way! See you there!

In Triathlon Swimming, structured workouts use multiple lap swimming and underwater/above water video for individual improvements while enjoying the company of other athletes.
