YMCA Of Greater Des Moines 7v7 Passing League is a fun, competitive, non-contact way to play football. It is all passing, played on a 40-yard field plus end zone, and allows scoring both on the offense and defense. Passing is most teams’ feature offense and, thus, protection. Passing and catching take a great deal of practice to master. Participating in a 7-on-7 league offers athletes an exceptional, competitive way to hone their skills. Our program emphasizes the importance of leadership, sportsmanship, and teamwork in a fun and safe environment. Volunteer coaches instill an appreciation for the game and inspire kids to be their best!

The league is divided into two groups of play: 18U and 15U. Please note that if you register as part of a team, you must specify your team name and list your teammates at registration. Your coach will contact participants after the coaches meeting with practice and game schedules.
